Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- items marked as final sale
- used items
- damaged items caused by misuse
- items missing original packaging or parts
- certain personal-use items if opened
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution where appropriate.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
